Summer Employment Opportunity
Webster Hall Restaurant
We are currently seeking vocational or college level Culinary students for full time employment from the beginning of May until the Middle of September. Positional Responsibilites include; Setting up mise en place for work station, cold food and dessert prepartion, maintaining high levels of sanitation, and a high level of professionalism and commitment to quality work. The candidate who shows initiative will also be trained on the sautee and broil stations.
Experience preferred but we will train entry level candidates with a high level of enthusiasm.
*New 80 seat restaurant in Hyannis opening in October. I am the chef/owner. I will be looking for a sous chef and some other positions
Sous Chef Duties: Saute, grill, order fish and dairy, assist in management of kitchen, menu development. Assist Chef in overall kitchen and party execution.
Responsible for quality control, efficiency and utilization of food products and productions lists. Culinary Grad prefered but all others considered.
Days & Hours: 40-60 hours/wk.
Salary: Depends on experience.
The Restaurant will feature seasonal American Regional eclectic cuisine using the freshest ingredients available.
I will also be looking for part time cooks.
